In addition to Regulatory Updates, Data Integration, Data Analyses, and Declaration Reporting, the TÜV Rheinland Material Compliance Platform also fulfills additional functions, such as role setting, process-flow control, and supplier-report analyses, to facilitate smooth communications internally and with your suppliers. Companies will be able to send notification to all suppliers, track the status of test-report collection, and update BOM versions via the Platform.
To ensure uninterrupted services worldwide, we have a remotely located, synchronized back-up server in place to protect user-data safety. The multi-language user interface makes the management of global suppliers possible. Furthermore, companies can search for the components they need through the green-parts database, in which suppliers make their components data available to all other Platform users. All this can be achieved online without software installation or hardware maintenance at the use's end.
The TÜV Rheinland Material Compliance Platform received the Data/Information Security Certification award from NASPO (North American Security Products Organization) in December 2007 in recognition of the Platform’s ability to ensure data security.
