Cost Reduction by Waiving
An important precondition for cost reduction is an assessment of the use to which the substance is to be put and of its safety in handling. You might be able to waive certain toxicological tests if you can prove that the substance to be brought into circulation cannot come into contact with people or with certain environmental areas.
