What is the Telecom Mark?

Our international Telecom Mark shows that the line connection of telecommunication terminal equipment complies with national and international requirements.In a continuously deregulating, increasingly competitive international market, TÜV Rheinland has designed the Telecom Mark to give customer's products a leading edge advantage. The TÜV Rheinland mark proves that your product fulfills a series of strict requirements.Make sure your product is in full compliance and receives the TÜV Rheinland Telecom Mark.

Why do I need it?

There are 3 reasons:

· Assessment by an accredited body assures you that your product is in complete compliance and therefore greatly reduces the possibility of future trouble.

· Only certified products distinguish between complying and non-complying products. Retailers prefer certified products.

· In Europe there is no mandatory approval for connection equipment. The security of the "old" approval mark is lost. Voluntary certification gives back the same level of security.

Easy to obtain

· Contact your local TÜV Rheinland office by telephone, fax or email; dealings are informal and in the local language.

· We will arrange a testing schedule and send you a quotation.

· If you accept our proposal just sign the quotation and return it by fax.

· Our local experts will explain what documentation and test samples are required.

· We issue the test report and certificate soon after successfully completing the necessary tests.

Any troubleshooting required?

Your engineers can attend the test, monitor the test results, if necessary, fix problems before testing is completed. Our experts can assist in this, guiding you through the process to find the causes of any problem.
