Material Compliance Platform
Regulatory Updates, Data Integration, Data Analyses, and Declaration Reporting are the four major functions of TÜV Rheinland's Material Compliance Platform (MCP), providing enterprises with the single best solution to manage materials data and supply chains, source green products, and fulfill international regulations and buyers' green-product requirements.
Companies can use the Platform as a source to find the green components/parts they need, take the component/part specifications and integrating them with their own Product Development Management system. Then, from the perspective of the product's Bill of Materials (BOM) structure, requests for official test reports can be issued to all suppliers. Once all the reports are received, the system can manage the reports, analyze materials composition, and produce a declaration that confirms fulfillment of green policies according to the reporting format demanded by customers.
